The bathroom lacks space!!! The shower is absurdly tiny, making it challenging for more than one guest to use comfortably!!! Noise from the bustling piazza disrupts the peace at night!!! Decor feels outdated and could benefit from a refresh!!!

This place has an amazing view of the piazza! The staff was super accommodating, and I loved having breakfast brought to my room. The location is so central, we walked everywhere easily. Our suite was very spacious for the whole family.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Florence! We loved the breakfast served right to our room, it felt so special. Just be prepared for some steep stairs, definitely not easy with luggage! 😅

The Superior Suite was spacious but had some issues. The location was amazing, right near the Piazza della Signoria, and the view was stunning! However, it was noisy outside at night, which made it hard to sleep. Also, the decor felt a bit outdated, like it could use a refresh. The bed was comfy enough, but overall, it didn’t quite match the luxury vibe I was hoping for.

The view of Palazzo Vecchio was simply breathtaking. the in-room breakfasts surpassed our expectations, with a delightful selection of pastries and coffee. The staff were incredibly accommodating and always ready to assist.

Sometimes the Wi-Fi connection was a bit unreliable, which interrupted our planning sessions for daily outings.

Room had a shower, spa facilities, and A/C. There was also a mini fridge and great seating area. The decor felt authentic with old-world charm. Loved the location with views of the piazza! Very spacious and comfortable, with nice touches like wine glasses and a good selection of toiletries in the bathroom.
